We all know that our culture is HARD on our bodies and our image of them. Join Maureen Cassidy of Foxy Studio for an exploratory workshop to gain self-acceptance, reduce suffering, and heal from the BS we have learned. We will break down false beliefs we have about bodies, learning to accept our bodies as they are. We will meet other folks on this healing path, share our stories, do breathwork, and self-inquiry. Together we can create a new narrative of body acceptance and self-love.

$25 suggested donation/person.
