Join me for 30 minutes of yoga, meditation, and spontaneous silliness on Tuesday, June 1 at 5 pm at Olbrich Park.

This is a weekly event on Tuesdays at 5 pm from May through September 2021 (except July!)- weather permitting.

We’ll meet at Olbrich Park near the water between the beach and the Eastside Club. I welcome people to hang out afterward (if you want!)- at the beer garden or the beach. Just some good ol’ community building time…which I definitely need after the past year of COVID isolation!

All ages and genders are welcome. Single parents and kids are free, all other adults are $5.

No refunds- if the weather is crappy I will post a class cancellation on my personal FB page (please friend me- Maureen Cassidy- if we’re not already friends!). Your payment can be moved to a different week’s class.

BYO yoga mats and whatever else you need to feel comfy and supported.
